23rd March Singapore & Night Safari

This morning we were so lazy. We slept in till about 11 and went to the supermarket to buy lunch. We stuffed our faces at the lookout point and played cards. They have an outdoor shower which was very impressive and so I thought I should appreciate it...despite being fully clothed. At night we went to the night safari. The journey there was pretty painful. We were sharing the van with Ra Ra's. The 3 of us sat and clenched our teeth as they tried to have a conversation about how rich they were and their massive bank accounts. I say 'try' because they couldn't talk properly at all. They thought they were so above us and it made the journey so very long. They were all walking fashion disasters so it was fine. It looked like they had all fallen into their wardrobes and just gone with whatever had fallen on top of them. The girl's hair were really loosely tied with bobbles which had no chance of retreival whatsoever.Apparently bedhead is in fashion nowadays. My favourite on was wearing Jesus sandals and a skirt that looked like something Julie Andrews might whip up out of a nearby curtain. Claire said they made her feel sick. Everywhere we went they were there with their huge front teeth and fanning themselves with wads of cash mummy and daddy had given them to wipe their noses with. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with people who are well off...just people who are stuck up about it and think their above everyone else. Oh yeah and the animals were cool too.
